Yami was quite a handsome mouse. His body was slim and elegant, his face was pretty, with big blue eyes and long whiskers, and his hair was long and shiny. More prominent features than those, however, were his long pink tail and his rather large ears, and the short, golden fur that covered his entire body. He was an archeologist, exploring the jungles of Southern America and searching for lost Mayan pyramids. Normally he would carry a revolver, but he had to trade that for food and water at a nearby village, so right now his only weapon was machete. He wasn't ready to give up yet, however. Perhaps he should have thought harder about the dangers of the jungle.

Nyx, on the other hand, was a strong warrior with a fit body. A jaguar at his prime, he had multiple scars on his chest and on his cheeks, a mark of his endless battles in the jungle. His tail whipped from side to side as he spotted a stranger in the wilderness, the canopy above concealing his black form. He stalks with his yellow eyes as he slowly edges on a sinewy branch, his only clothing a loincloth and necklace made of the teeth of his kills. Feathers adorn on his long-braided hair, and bracelets made from the hair of a lost hiker adorn his wrists. He's a predator at his finest, but he does more than just eat his prey… he plays with them until the end.
