Ares was a pretty handsome red-furred fox boy. He was the fourth, youngest son of a peasant, and his family didn’t care about him much. He was dressed only in an old grey cloak, belted with a rope, and carried a half-filled basket in his paw, whistling a careless song. He knew that there weren’t any wild animals in this part of the forest, and was sure that today nothing special was going to happen.
